🎓 Class-wise Eligibility
GNM Course 3 Years:
For UP GNM Entrance Test (UPGET) 2026, the candidate must satisfy the age, education and admission conditions below.
- 1Candidate must be an Indian citizen and must be at least 17 years old on or before 31 December 2026. The bulletin does not prescribe an upper age limit.
- 2Candidate must be medically fit. PwD eligibility is limited to locomotor disability of 40% to 50% of the lower extremity, subject to medical board verification and other applicable rules.
- 3Candidate applying for Government GNM Training Centres/Schools must be a Uttar Pradesh domicile candidate OR must have passed both Class 10 and Class 12 from Uttar Pradesh.
- 110+2 with English and minimum 40% marks in the qualifying examination from a recognised board, including eligible State Open School / NIOS candidates. English must be passed.
- 210+2 with English and 40% marks in vocational ANM course from a school recognised by Indian Nursing Council.
- 310+2 with English and 40% marks in vocational stream - Healthcare Science from a recognised CBSE/State/Centre board.
- 4Registered ANM with passing marks.
SC/ST candidates get 5% relaxation in total marks as per the official bulletin. OBC and EWS certificates must be valid as per Uttar Pradesh rules and issued on or after 01 April 2026 where applicable. Read the official bulletin for reservation, in-service ANM, male candidate and PwD conditions.
GNM Course 3 Years:
UP GNM Entrance Test (UPGET) 2026 के लिए उम्मीदवार को नीचे दी गई आयु, शैक्षणिक योग्यता और admission conditions पूरी करनी होंगी।
- 1उम्मीदवार भारतीय नागरिक होना चाहिए और 31 दिसंबर 2026 को या उससे पहले न्यूनतम 17 वर्ष का होना चाहिए। Bulletin में upper age limit नहीं दी गई है।
- 2उम्मीदवार medically fit होना चाहिए। PwD eligibility locomotor disability 40% से 50% lower extremity तक, medical board verification और applicable rules के अधीन है।
- 3Government GNM Training Centres/Schools की seats के लिए उम्मीदवार Uttar Pradesh domicile हो या Class 10 और Class 12 दोनों Uttar Pradesh से पास हों।
- 1Recognised board से 10+2 with English और qualifying examination में minimum 40% marks. State Open School / NIOS candidates भी eligible हो सकते हैं। English pass होना जरूरी है।
- 2Indian Nursing Council recognised school से vocational ANM course में 10+2 with English और 40% marks.
- 3Recognised CBSE/State/Centre board से vocational stream - Healthcare Science में 10+2 with English और 40% marks.
- 4Registered ANM with passing marks.
SC/ST candidates को official bulletin के अनुसार total marks में 5% relaxation मिलता है। OBC और EWS certificates Uttar Pradesh rules के अनुसार valid और जहां लागू हो 01 April 2026 या उसके बाद जारी होने चाहिए। Reservation, in-service ANM, male candidate और PwD conditions के लिए official bulletin जरूर पढ़ें।
🧭 Admission Process
Admission to the GNM course for the 2026-27 academic session will be through UPGET-2026 only. Direct admission in covered Government GNM Nursing Colleges/Schools and private institutions/colleges will not be allowed. Candidates must qualify the entrance process and complete counselling/document verification as per ABVMU rules.
Academic session 2026-27 के लिए GNM course में admission केवल UPGET-2026 के माध्यम से होगा। Covered Government GNM Nursing Colleges/Schools और private institutions/colleges में direct admission allowed नहीं होगा। Candidates को entrance process qualify करके ABVMU rules के अनुसार counselling/document verification complete करना होगा।
