Jobs: On supported job detail pages.
Admissions: On supported admission detail pages.
Schemes/Services: On selected General Links detail pages.
Visibility: Shown only when enabled for that specific listing.
End-to-End Workflow
- You click Apply through JobDwar and continue on WhatsApp.
- Team shares required document checklist and fees (application fee + service fee).
- Typical service fee is INR 100 (higher for very complex forms).
- After payment confirmation, form filling starts.
- Team may ask additional details while filling the form.
- Once filled, a second team member reviews the full form for accuracy.
- After final submit, you receive final printout as PDF.
Payment & Support Policy
- Advance payment is mandatory before work starts.
- Service starts only after fee and document readiness confirmation.
- If a filing issue occurs from JobDwar side, we provide end-to-end resolution support.
- If we are unable to resolve an error caused from our side, full service fee refund is provided.
- Government/portal charges paid to third-party systems are non-refundable unless reversed by official authority.
OTP Consent & Safety
- Most application forms require OTP verification.
- Proceed only if you are comfortable sharing OTP during assisted filing.
- Before sharing OTP, always verify what the OTP message is for.
- Do not share unrelated OTPs (banking, card, wallet, UPI, password reset, etc.).
- If OTP content looks suspicious, stop and verify with JobDwar team first.
Customer Responsibilities
- Send clear and correct documents/information on time.
- Provide accurate category, qualification, and personal details.
- Review final submitted details shared by the team.
- Track official updates for correction windows, exam notices, and portal changes.
