10+2 Technical Entry Scheme TES-56 January 2027 Course:

Candidate must satisfy all official TES-56 conditions for the January 2027 course.



1Gender and marital status: Candidate must be an unmarried male.

2Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen, subject of Nepal, or eligible person of Indian origin from the countries listed in the official notification with certificate conditions where applicable.

3Age: Candidate must be between 16 years 6 months and 19 years 6 months on 01 January 2027. Candidate must not be born before 01 July 2007 and not after 01 July 2010, both dates inclusive.

4Education: Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board.

5PCM marks: Minimum aggregate 60% marks in PCM are required, calculated from Class 12 marks only.

6JEE Mains: Candidate must have appeared in JEE Mains 2026 for B.E. / B.Tech courses.


Important: The date of birth recorded in the Matriculation / Secondary School Examination or equivalent Class 10 certificate is the only accepted proof of age. Candidates must not marry until completion of full training.

Integrated Headquarters of MoD (Army) reserves the right to shortlist applications and fix the cut off based on JEE Mains CRL and other laid down parameters. Shortlisted eligible candidates will undergo SSB at Prayagraj, Bhopal, Bengaluru or Jalandhar. Candidates who clear Stage-I proceed to Stage-II, while candidates who do not clear Stage-I are returned the same day. Candidates recommended after Stage-II undergo medical examination, and the final merit list is prepared only on the basis of SSB marks, subject to medical fitness, vacancies and eligibility conditions.
